Bee Engineering recognizes Quality as a key factor for the strategic and sustainable development of the company and is committed to developing, maintaining and improving its Quality Management System, as well as adopting environmentally responsible practices that promote sustainability and contribute to the protection of the environment, in order to:
- Align the Quality Management System with the values and strategic guidelines of Bee Engineering;
- Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and meeting their needs and by promoting the creation of value for customers and other interested parties;
- Pursue excellence in the management of its processes and services, providing continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 and in compliance with applicable legislation and contractual requirements;
- Create an environment of motivation, respect and integrity, promoting the development of skills, creativity and responsibility of all employees through awareness and training;
- Empower and raise employees’ awareness of environmental protection, involving them in the responsibility to improve;
- Adopt best environmental practices, aiming at the continuous improvement of environmental performance, committing to comply with all relevant legislative and regulatory provisions on environmental protection, including pollution prevention;
- Manage environmental risk, paying particular attention to the reduction of carbon emissions, the efficient use of natural resources and waste management.
In this way, the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system with environmental commitment constitutes a tool for the evolution of the company’s activity, in order to achieve the objectives and goals defined annually.
